Forever Wild by K.A. Tucker
5.0

"Now, it's Jonah's fearless confidence that makes my blood race.
His unwavering loyalty that makes me search for him in every room.
His untamed passion that makes me weak at the knees.
It's everything - inside and out, good and bad - that makes up this wild man's heart.
And he's about to become mine till death do us part."

I am w e a k. This novella was absolute perfection and I had to try to hold in my tears reading it in the break room. HELP ME.

It's Christmas for Calla and Jonah, and not only is it their first real Christmas in Alaska, both of their parents are coming for a visit. It promises to be an event, to say the least, with a not-so-small amount of drama and unforeseen circumstances.

It's no secret that I adore the two other books in this series. I find Calla to be such a great MC, and Jonah is so swoony and wonderful. Getting a Christmas novella where everything that I ever wanted for them comes true???

Seriously, this is too good to be true.

K.A. Tucker just has such a knack for delivering. I don't even know what I want opening up one of her books, and then she gives it to me, and I thank her endlessly because it just somehow hits every spot exactly how I need it to. This one captured the coziest Alaskan Christmas atmosphere. The wedding was absolutely, breathtakingly perfect, and anything with Roy melts my heart.

The relationships in this series and how they progress from book to book are so gratifying and nuanced. The way that we get to enjoy the results of all of that in this novella is just delectable, and I wish I could reread it again for the first time. I have so many emotions, and I just love these characters so so much.
