The One Night
by Meghan Quinn
Your parents as your wingmen (or wingpeople?)—what could go wrong? This was a short novella that acts as a prequel to The Reunion. Cooper’s parents had me cracking up. I appreciated the banter between Cooper and Nora. It was short, and I always feel that novellas are rushed. But I went into it knowing I’d be following it up with The Reunion to get more of Cooper and Nora’s story.
