the weird thing is, for a book that takes place in unique regions of the world w/ such high-flying (literally) exploits and plentiful wartime stories, this wasnt as exciting as it couldve been. the narration was a lil dry and monotonous, i guess. this was enjoyable enough, but the last chapter def brought it up a notch.
