A fast read that I think suffers from very poor copyediting. None of the characters are likeable throughout the majority of the book. It's still a fun read!

Regarding infertility,

there are repeated, unsympathetic descriptions of infertility. The character isn't actually suffering from infertility, but other characters' reactions are pretty cruel.
