Black Enough: Stories of Being Young & Black in America by Ibi Zoboi, Coe Booth, Tracey Baptiste

3.0

It is difficult to rate a short story collection as some I love and some were mediocre and some I just wanted more, most I just wanted more because these were really good and I wanted to follow the characters more. I appreciate the diversity of characters and looks at what it means to be Black and young and how there isn't just one narrative. Defying stereotypes and speaking through hard situations and underrepresented minorities in minorities through fiction. I recommend if you are looking for a great sampling of many fantastic Black writers.
