I cannot remember the last time I was so scared by a book. This had me looking around every corner, nervous in the dark, and panicking if I remembered an event wrong or couldn’t remember something fully. The fun thing about this book is that there are so many tiny details (hidden Morse code for example) that you could dig in deeper to enjoy the book or you could be like me who just kept reading and was definitely left with answers but it was still a 5 star read. I understand the other reviews frustrated with the loose threads and I am usually that way but weirdly it just works for me with this one I can’t explain it. This had me and left me so unsettled but in the most entertaining way, masterful.
