i did like alexs character overall, the ending was weird for me just like,

i wouldnt care so much abt this election and the general political frame of the book.

my sister and i were just saying how fantastical this whole thing is which i guess is gonna be obvious for a romance book (this is my first one i think :0)

cringed a little TOO hard at some parts (hamilton john laurens letters…ok) but overall an enjoyable listen while doing work, pretty easy to digest and cute, felt v fanfictiony to me but fun anyway
