The Iron Daughter
by Julie Kagawa
The Iron Daughter picks up where The Iron King leaves off, Meghan is in the Winter Court. She is learning that it's very different from her father's court. On top of that Ash becomes distant and her feelings become conflicted. Before she knows it though the Iron fey have created many problems and she sets off trying to fix them. Meghan has to make her own decisions and becomes a stronger person.
Wow. If you loved The Iron King, you will be even more amazed with The Iron Daughter. Julie Kagawa is an extremely talented author. I find that some authors struggle making sequels, but not her.
Like many reviewers, I began to respect Meghan in this book. She was a great character in the first book, but in this one she truly becomes her own person. This book helps her grow and I think many will be amazed at exactly how much she does.
The Iron Daughter brings together all the elements that The Iron King did. If you enjoy faery books, some romance, some suspense, and an adventure, read this book!
