This was a good start to a potentially great new series. I loved the characters, the town, and the story. I did think the killer was a little bit more obvious than I personally would have liked, but this is a cozy mystery so some simplicity is expected. There were some simple editing issues I noticed, but nothing that would ruin the book. I also received an ARC copy, so these may be fixed for the final edition. Overall, this was an enjoyable read and there weren't any times where I got bored, lost, or wanted to set down the book.
