Guardian: Zhen Hun (Novel) Vol. 3 by priest

The Mountain Spirit extra broke me ahaha excuse me while I weep (that's it, that's the review)
Do I feel like I fully understood everything that went on in this book? No. I feel like if I went back and reread the whole series, I might connect more dots, but I probably won't bother. I did love the development of the relationship between Guo Changcheng and his Chu-ge, that was adorable. All of the 4 Bright Avenue crew grew on me more over the course of this book. Shen Wei fascinates me, like he's definitely kinda messed up but still weirdly lovable and so sweet at times, idk, it's complicated. 4 stars with an extra .25 star for the Mountain Spirit extra because it was so sweet and so sad and I just 🫠That was actually my favorite part of the whole series, the main story was a bit too convoluted to hit me in the feels like that.
