Such a good book. So many good lessons to be learned from Pinocchio! It's essentially a series of parables wrapped into one overarching narrative. This book should appeal to all children, but maybe boys will have a deeper connection to some of the troubles Pinocchio gets himself into. It is radically different from the Disney movie. I couldn't have loved this book more! I look forward to reading it to my kids again in the future.
