I'm not going to pretend I liked this all that much. I didn't. My main issue was with the characters calling each other by their names/nicknames in practically every line.

However, I did give it an extra star for the ending.

Stephen had clearly finally succumbed to Stockholm Syndrome and there didn't seem to be any illusion that it was anything else, at least not after reading everything that came before said ending. I can appreciate that.
