this book was too good for me not to give it 5 stars but my one thing that bugged me was that I wish zeke had a little more personality, he was just kinda basic dreamboat guy and I even thought

that in the twist he might also be a nanobot monster who was some random teen heartthrob character

but no, just kinda a boring love interest. Not the worst of sins, especially when Tara is there to outshine everyone (also AAAAAAHHH TARA I LOVE HER SO MUCH AAAAAAAHHHH ASPEC QUEEN OH MY GOD HER BAD ASS FINALE LINES AAAAAAAAAAHHH) but I really enjoyed the classic horror vibes mixed with the inspiration chapters, it felt so human
