Ruthless Creatures by J.T. Geissinger
4.5

[mafia romance, dark romance ?, so spicy bro, 'i will burn everyone and myself, but never you' type of ML AAAAA]

Honestly, I can't say much about it other than the spice-scenes were so well-written. Like, it's not even a 'oh only the sex scenes were good' no. Its just that they were so good they literally shadowed the other stuff HAHAHA. No, but I really did love the main charcters, especially Kage's character. I loved how honest and direct he was. He never lied to Natalie, told some secrets, yes. But he never lied. He always answered honestly to all of her quesitons, no matter how bad the answer was. And Natalie's friendship with Sloane was amazing too. The whole banter in this book was so entertaining. Especially Kage and Nat's, in those moments where we were able to glimpse a soft and playful Kage. If I did have one complaint, it would be how abrupt and hanging that fucking last chapter was. Like seriously, what's with authors and cutting off at the engagement? Like c'mon ya'll. I wanna see the wedding. I wanna see how the groom reacts to the bride walking down the isle. I want the domesticity of every life, y'know? Anways, 4.5/5 for sure
