The story
Liv is a divorced 30-something, she owns a bakery with her best friend. When she is dragged out the house to a show in Nashville, the lead singer Jax takes a liking to her and asks her out after the show. He is younger, handsome and famous and her self confidence is low after years with her ex. Can Liv & Jax become a “thing”?
My thoughts
I loved the way Liv and Jax love each other with their full hearts. Their early love wobbles mostly revolve around each believing they are doing the best for the other, even though this maybe is not the right thing. I love how together they were able to find their “home”, and it was a supportive and positive place filled with songwriting and happy music. I am so pleased book #2 is ready and waiting on my Kindle!
