Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro

2.0

When I first read this book, I found nothing particularly special about it. And upon reading it for the 2nd time a few years later, i'm absolutely positive that there's nothing special about it.

It's incredibly hard to connect and relate to most of the characters, especially Kathy, the first person narrator. If we were supposed to be super sad by the end of this book, then Kazuo failed miserably at evoking that emotion. All I felt was glad to have finally finished this book. Too bad, so sad.
