I think this is one of the best psychological thrillers i've ever read. Nabokov is a master of words and the people who have the audacity to misinterpret his work as a love story are simply dumb.
I love how this book is written from one perspective but you are able to see the story like you are the narator. I love how it makes your mind play with the words.
Humbert's perspective is "beautiful" but you can feel and how grotesque the action actually is. "Lolita" is the kind of amazing, disturbing book.
