Spells Trouble by P.C. Cast

Did not finish book. Stopped at 10%.
Loved the prologue but unfortunately it quickly disintegrated from there. I could NOT tell the twins apart, the dialog was incredibly twee saccharine Valley Girl nonsense and it was full of tropes and cliches held together by run on sentences. Was this SUPPOSED to be satire and I missed the memo?
