Every Day by David Levithan
5.0
I'm in love with this book! Initially the idea of someone living in a different person's body for only one day was a little weird but after reading more I was won over and completely hooked.
David Levithan raises so many questions in this book and he discusses homosexuality, bullying, relationships and many other issues, but not in a way that is thrown in your face. He does this through the eyes of a perfect candidate. A, who is neither male or female because A lives the life of a different person for one day. So A becomes that person for that day and we see what A sees. What I loved is that A isn't biased and loves everyone for who they are.
This was so fresh and I highly recommend it. It's one of those novels that need to be experienced, I am so glad that we read this for my book club because we had lots to talk about.
