Did not finish book. Stopped at 31%.

I found the writing sometimes flipped between characters and perspectives too quickly without enough of a foothold in the world, and main characters to be able to follow well and understand the importance of what we're being shown. 
I felt confused a bit too often for too long and it wore on my experience with it.
I enjoyed the world building but did have trouble staying invested and I think the writing style may not work for me.
