This is such a fun read that reiterates just how much I love romance. Alex, our FMC, has so much personality, which makes her the perfect radio host. Radio is an industry I’ve always been interested in, so I loved getting a taste of it.

The romance between Alex and Leo was cute and sweet. There is an element of forbidden romance with him turning out to be her boss, but it’s clear that they are both falling for each other, even though the book is only Alex’s POV.
While this is a romance, the relationship between Alex and Leo is almost secondary to Alex’s first love, her career. She gets a second chance and a big break, and she’s determined to do her best. She even starts to look at managing her finances, which for a shopaholic, is a big thing.
With her success, she unfortunately comes up against sexism in the workplace, with certain men not thinking she is deserving of her position. This just makes you want to back Alex even more and want to see her succeed.
I had so much fun reading this and can’t wait to see if Ash writes any more books.
