It was just ok. I like haunted mansion stories and this one isn't different from anything you might've read. The plot was predictable but I still enjoyed it. It's a nice Resident Evil in book format with a little romance.
What I didn't enjoy is that it took 11 chapters to get anywhere. Also, the very first dialogue between Noemà and her father seemed completely unnatural, sounded like a head investigator giving a case to one of his agents (this doesn't get explained at any point so I'm still puzzled about it).
