The Night Olivia Fell
by Christina McDonald
This was an emotional & heartbreaking but also heartwarming read. Definitely not what I expected! I wouldn’t consider this a thriller, but more of a suspense/mystery book.
I felt for Abi, Olivia’s mom, but also didn’t understand why she struggled piecing together hints and clues that would have sped up finding out what exactly happened the night Olivia fell. I expected crazy plot twists, but there weren’t really any. Surprisingly, it didn’t make me like the book any less.
I didn’t predict who Olivia was with before she fell off the bridge, but if/when you read it, it makes perfect sense!
I also found that the epilogue finished the book off really well. Sad and happy at the same time. But all in all, a solid 4 star read
