Guy's Girl by Emma Noyes
4.0

Rating 4.0 ⭐️

This book focuses on two main characters: Ginny and Adrian. Ginny is a self proclaimed ‘Guys Girl’; throughout the book, the author outlines her friendship with her core college guy friends and how it shapes her life. Adrian is part of the friend group and is a quiet, reserved guy. Impacted by trauma from his childhood, Adrian keeps to himself and has a secret admiration for Ginny.

The book explores the topics of friendships, love, anxiety, eating disorders, self/esteem, self love, grief, trauma, betrayal, and more. Although this book included heavy topics, the author keeps it light hearted. Each chapter is written in third person and alternates between Ginny and Adrian. This book was bit what I expected and really enjoyed it!
