In the Afterlight
by Alexandra Bracken
Okay, so ITA was my least favorite in the trilogy. Not because it was bad, but it was a bit slow at times. It picked up during the second half though.
Also, there was a lot of frustration. I often wanted to slap the characters because they were annoying, didn't talk to each other or were simply acting stupid.
Even so, in the end I decided to give the book five stars, because Alexandra Bracken wrapped everything up so nicely and even though I'm sad the trilogy is over, I'm happy about the way it ended. (And there also were a lot of good parts in between, like I said it was mainly just slower)

It was so clear that Clancy was influencing Ruby. The way she was always saying that her vision blurred and things got dark and she acted so super weird. Why did nobody pick up on that?!Even so, in the end I decided to give the book five stars, because Alexandra Bracken wrapped everything up so nicely and even though I'm sad the trilogy is over, I'm happy about the way it ended.
