Riding the High by Paisley Hope

Cole Ashby! Phew! He was the sweetest and most amazing man for Ginger. Coupled with an adorable daughter and "Law Daddy" is every girls' dream. It's no wonder Ginger could never resist his charm or his dirty mouth. When these two wake up the morning after and realize they accidentally got married, I laughed so hard and loved the way their story progressed and how they each stopped hiding their feelings and showed the other that it was always them. They were just perfect with their fun banter and so much heart!
I also loved how the relationship between Ginger and Mabel developed and how Ginger worked to be everything that Mabes needed and more. The dynamic between the three of them was so heartwarming that it had me smiling the whole time. Finally, this book wrapped up with the most perfect epilogue and I could not be happier about the way the everything came together for these two and their forever.
On audio, Erin Mallon and Thomas Oakley were perfection! I always love Erin Mallon, but I think this was one of my first audios with Thomas and his voice was exactly what I pictured for Cole. He did a great job bringing out Cole's introspection about being a single father and his concerns for Mabel. The balance between sweet, honest, and downright filthy was so good and I loved listening to this audio!
TROPES:
Small Town
Single Dad
Forced Proximity
Best Friend’s Brother
Accidental Marriage
