OK, I have never considered myself a fantasy reader, I think I was the only child in the world who hated A Wrinkle In Time and thought it was creepy. I swore off fantasy at a young age...but my cousin was relentless in pushing Robin Hobb on me and I will owe her forever! I will admit I still don't have much to compare this series to as I haven't read much other fantasy, but if it's all like this then sign me up! I am in love with the Fitz and Fool relationship, I like the Ship and Dragons series as well, but the Assassin's and Fool's series are only slightly better. If you are on the fence about fantasy give this series a try, and if you've read a ton of it and there is something better than this out there, let me know!
