Since I couldn't get my hands on the 6th book in the Kate Daniels series but was still really wanting to be in that world reading wise I picked this book up and I'm glad I did. I liked how much we got to see Andrea develop. The thing is, a lot of it this is repeated information from the Kate Daniels books. So, there is that but I suspect that it will be good to have read this book before I read the sixth book, and I'm going to try to find the two short stories that were published between books 5 and 6 while I wait for book 6.
