Good book, but maybe it should've just stayed as a podcast.
I feel like once you've read the first chapter, you've really read 95% of the book. A lot of the rest of the book is just repeating the same things to hit a word count. Every once in a while it switches to a new topic it didn't touch on with a nice graphic like "what if I'm the toxic friend?" But beyond that not much to write home about....
