Hollow City

I thought it was a nice follow-up to the first story. I'm definitely interested in reading the 3rd one; hopefully it comes out sooner than later. Just like the first one, I was drawn in by the pictures and I like that the author gathered up these old photos and created such an interesting way to weave them all together. The Instagram of yore!
I am slightly disturbed by the love interest of the Jakob and Emma, with the age difference and all. The disgust was similar to what I felt about Edward and Bella (Twillight.) As an adult who occasionally talks to teen-aged to 20-something boys, I know for a fact that the maturity level isn't there to be in a serious committed relationship with a person who is 200 yrs old.
Ok, maybe I'm not being fair since I've not quite reached that far into my golden years. Maybe when I'm nearing 100, I'll start wanting to make out with 17 yrs olds too!
