Love the message and the author clearly knows teenagers, but I could have done without some of the innuendo and language. I’m usually pretty immune to language and sex, but I don’t know that I could put this on my classroom library in my super conservative town. I loved the plot and the characters. The message of overcoming mistakes and finding solace in nature are lessons all teenagers need.
