I was so excited to get back to the Drakes, they are some of the most kick-ass vampires I have ever lost myself in, and I wasn't disappointed! I didn't realize how much I had missed the Drakes until I laid my hands on this book! I was, and am, so happy I read it! This was another great installment into the Drake series and it had everything it needed. This story was so cute, and Connor is way cooler than I ever thought. I loved getting to see more of Lucy and Nicholas as well. Solange is really disappointing and frustrating me. I am not excited for the next book for that reason. I just don't know what to think about Solange right now. This book had action, sarcasm, conflict, romance, and just about everything you can normally expect from a Drake book, other than how great it truly was! I loved most of this book, other than Solange. I hate to say it, but thats the truth. The end is really interesting, and now I am stuck reading the next book because of an awful cliff-hanger! Make sure you have the next book handy for when you finish this one, because not only does this book leave you hanging, it leaves you drooling!
