I’m surprised that Katee had made Aurora have more of an attitude than her original character, and I’m guessing Malone is supposed to be Maleficent. As the series goes on, I feel like Hades is getting softer and softer with each book, but I’m curious on what Malone did to Aurora's mom besides having a fight with her. I wonder if Aurora has started a new identity before coming to the Underworld, no one has records of her before she came. I wonder if this story was made after the movie Maleficent came out, she made Malone seem like a really caring Dom like how Maleficent was motherly caring toward Aurora in the film. She definitely gave Aurora A LOT more temper than the character she’s a reincarnation of. Seems like they are keys to each other losing control. I do love how Katee has Malone ask what Aurora’s motives are in a way where it’s not super intimidating. I wonder if the reports are different than what really happened to Aurora’s mom, I also wonder if her people hated her. I love how you can see the walls around both Aurora and Malone break down for each of them. Honestly, I think this isn’t my favorite one out of this series.
