This was definitely out of my typical genre, but I picked it up out of a reccomendation from a local book store. I'll admit I'm not an art afficiando- but Michaela Carter writes with great insight and brings understanding to the pieces featured by Max and Leonora. Her writing was so poetic and beautiful and I'm glad I gave this book a chance!
