Lincoln in the Bardo by George Saunders

This blew me away. I shied away from it initially because of the bizarre format -- over a hundred narrators, with dialogue formatted like a play would be -- but I took it home from the library last week and am so glad I did. Formally inventive, insanely creative and so very well written. I can't stop thinking about it.
