I read the version of this published in 2010, and if it were 2010, I would have given this book 4 or 5 stars.
However, it’s not 2010, it’s 2023, and much has changed. This is still a great book (and ahead of its time!) but some of the advice within is a bit dated and not backed by science. Nothing that would be bad if followed, but just not necessary.
All in all a great book and amazing authors but I’d be more likely to recommend a more recent book.
