A Secret for a Secret by Helena Hunting

4.0

I was sceptical about Kingston because he wasn't a character I thought I would like so much from seeing him on the sidelines in the other two books. He just seemed a bit odd and different to the "typical" hero. But that proves I shouldn't judge a book by its cover because his quirkiness made him such an intriguing and attractive character.

Kingston and Queenie are entirely different characters and they have a beautiful opposites attracts romance with a slight age gap. I was rooting for them to work out from start to finish and both Kingston and Queenie have some challenges to work through. Kingston proves that he can be the rule-abiding alpha hero who drinks milk and drives with his hands at ten to two while being a multiple O scorer in the bedroom. Kingston is so gentle and kind to Queenies crazy chaos but they definitely work.
