I think 2.5 stars for this book is fair, rounding up to 3. The concept of the story was intriguing, as I'm sure we've all wondered about the woman in the famous photo. And some of the writing made me feel, really feel, for Mary Coin and the hurt/pain/dissatisfaction/anger she was experiencing. But the added Walker storyline and not developing Vera as a flawed and exciting character made this book weak. Listened to this as an audiobook and having three narrators helped to separate the storylines.
