A review by whatdanreads
Midnight by L.J. Smith

1.0

I started to read the Vampire Diaries because of the television series, I wanted to see where the characters came from etc. Now, one thing for certain is, the television series is a million times better than the books. In the books, Elena is irritatingly perfect to whom no other girl can match up to. Stefan is a push over and has no bite, but at least Damon is how Damon should be.

That said, I have indeed read all eight volumes of this series. I don't really why really, I just wanted to see how it ended. This book had two chapters that kept me wanting to read more and that's it.

The kitsune mythology is interesting.

I believe this is the last volume to be written by LJ Smith, we shall have to wait and see where the new author takes this annoyingly addictive teen lit.
