I actually liked this one better than the first in the series (the Traveler). I think it was because there was less of figuring out who everyone was and how they fit into the story world and a lot more moving forward in action. The ending, which I will not expose, was very moving and that image will stay with me, hopefully until the next book comes out. I enjoyed the reading by Scoot Brick. His voice is the voice of Gabriel, to me, but there is some distinction between each character.
