This really is more like a self-help book than a writing aid. While I did get some good tips, I didn’t care for the snarky tone used throughout, nor did I care for the “mindset” chapter that was jarring and out of place (the content warning is for that chapter from the author’s perspective).

In short, to write 5k in an hour, you either get good at typing or use voice to text.
