When I started reading this book it felt like greeting family which was nteresting cause I didn't feel that way with the other 4 books. I really loved them too but somehow between book 4 and 5 the characters became family to me too I guess
which I love
the story itself was really good too I love that Carval's exhibition was a success (not that I expected anything else) and the way the whole team is just family
and I love how the minor characters become more important too like yes teach them how to be good I love that
I did not actually expect Casey's dad to die though. like it felt kind of obvious once it happened but I still didn't expect it until I read it so that was a lot of pain on public transport :)
but also it was so well written and good. the fight before that with casey finally drawing the line and walking away which oof my heart. She needed to do that I just wish it hadn't ended with her dad dying...
BUT THEN SHE WENT TO CARVAL AND THAT WAS VERY GOOD OKAY
anyway I loved every second of this book and I am looking very much forward to the next part
