The Jaunt is one of the best and most unique short stories in Stephen King's Skeleton Crew. A sci-fi tale about a form of teleportation with mysterious side-effects. It is heavy on the build up but I liked the sci-fi change of pace in the otherwise mostly pure horror collection.
