This was a story that knows what it has set out to do and does it quite well. A cozy fantasy about a magical teashop owner having a feud with the handsome baker across the way. Isla, eager to bolster the reputation of her bakery in light of the upcoming Queens Travel brochure, accepts baking lessons from Cryis, the charming and talented baker.
I thought this was a great novella to unwind to, and would happily revisit the world and it's characters.
