Kai is the perfect baseball daddy! While Miller was not my favorite FMC of this series, the main characters brought the best out in one another. Miller's confident personality helped Kai loosen up and enjoy life again.
Liz did it once again with this book. The playfulness and banter is 5 stars! She not only perfectly builds her main characters for one another she writes the perfect side characters to complement each story making you eager for the next in the series. The issues she brings to light such as meeting your own expectations and not doing enough for your child are so relatable that it only makes you connect with the book even more. Do yourself a favor and read this book!
