This book is a mix of steamy, emotional, and intriguing moments, but it left me with mixed feelings. Emily is a sheltered, wealthy heiress looking to break free from her family’s neglect and explore her desires. Dylan is a dominant, mysterious billionaire who crosses paths with her in an exclusive kink club. Their chemistry is instant, and the setup is definitely spicy.
I like how Emily tries to take control of her life and explore a side of herself she’s never embraced before. Dylan’s protective yet commanding personality brings intensity to their connection. The club setting and the mystery of their identities added some tension, but the story felt repetitive at times, and the cliffhanger ending left me wanting more development between them.
