I wish I read Personal MBA, when I was graduating school. It contains so much fundamental things I'd benefit from knowing. E.g. correlation vs causation.
It is so well written that it's exceptionally easy to understand.
It describes business as a machine that makes money. The machine is made of systems that create value, deliver value, market, sell. You put money and effort in, and get more money as output.
Highly recommended.
