Synopsis
FMC Sawyer Bennett is on the run from her abusive last and the law. She happens to find herself in Australia. She struggles to get by the only way she knows how, since she cannot use her real identity.

MMC Enzo Vitale is a marine biologist who meets Sawyer at a bar, drawn to her beautiful sadness. He brings her onto his boat and they get shipwrecked on a forgotten island.

They find refuge in a lighthouse with a strange, elderly man. Sawyer and Enzo are at each other's throats due to being stranded and unresolved feelings. But strange things start happening and nobody knows who they can trust.

Review
Both main characters are still haunted from their pasts, leading to their distrust of each other. They hate each other as passionately as they desire each other. Plenty of spicy scenes but some trigger warny. Enzo is very"touch her and die" and there is so much banter.

Nearly the entire story takes place on the island. There is a lot of mystery; some beautiful, some tragic, and some disturbing. The main characters find their way out of their trauma and all they needed was each other.
