Empty Net by Toni Aleo

4.0

The main characters are so believable. Audrey is in a dead end job, having a dream, but afraid to go for it. Tate Odder may be great goalie, but it isn't enough. After the death of his parents and sister; his heart is empty. They are neighbors that never seem to meet, but his piano playing comforts her, and her cupcakes sweeten his sad days. What I really like about all of Toni Aleo's books is that the characters have to work for their happy ever after, making the stories more realistic.

Today (May 29, 2019) I finished the audiobook of Empty Net. I am completely addicted to Toni Aleo's Audiobooks. They are so entertaining. The narrator has an amazing ability to express emotions.
