It felt realistic for the age of characters she was writing about. High school love and drama. I could relate to her.. I was her in the sense of liking the boys I knew I could never have. I was scared of it all just like her. This isn't Shakespeare. It's a teen novel. I'm on the verge of 40 and it was entertaining, and easy and like any good book should do... it made me travel in time.
